A vibrant new chapter for the Mary Valley arts community begins on 28 February with the opening of Art on Yabba fine art gallery.
Located in the heart of Imbil at 123 Yabba Road (between the pharmacy and the library), the purpose-built gallery promises to be a long-term cultural asset for artists and art lovers across the region.
The official launch event is from 4pm, inviting visitors, creatives, residents and visitors to explore the gallery, meet local artists and experience the visual expression cultivated in the Mary Valley.
The opening features the gallery’s inaugural exhibition Unveiled, Members’ Exhibition, a celebration of work by emerging and established artists from the Mary Valley and wider Gympie region.
The exhibition showcases the creative diversity and collective spirit of the gallery’s contributing artists, offering a broad spectrum of styles, themes and techniques.
