The championship, conducted across six states and territories, will kick off in Gympie with special street racing precincts as well as the traditional forest stages in the Mary Valley.
The Wheels on Mary street festival has been expanded to offer entertainment, food vans and hundreds of motorsport cars on display in Gympie’s main street over two days on the Friday night and Saturday.

‘Rally Queensland delivers significant benefits for the Gympie region, activating our CBD, supporting local businesses and showcasing Gympie as a destination capable of hosting major national events,’ Mayor Hartwig said.
‘Across the weekend we will see high-octane action in an expanded racing hub across town, with iconic stages at Imbil, Amamoor, Brooyar, and Glastonbury forests and for the first time, the introduction of the Campbells Super Special Stage (Street Stage) in the middle of Gympie.’

Parking arrangements and shuttle bus services will support access to event precincts.
Further details, announcements, schedules and spectator information will be released in the lead-up to the event through official Rally Queensland and Gympie Regional Council websites or on Facebook at www.facebook.com/rallyql
